SEMBA MALAYSIA DESIGN ＆CONSTRUCTION SDN. BHD. is the newest overseas group company of SEMBA Group, established in 2019. In order to meet the needs of commercial space creation in the Malaysian market, we are developing locally rooted services, utilizing the extensive experience and know-how that the group has cultivated.

We have a proven track record in many commercial facilities, including shopping centers, and offer integrated solutions from planning, design, and construction. In recent years, we have also been focusing on supporting clients, primarily Japanese food brands, in their overseas expansion, and will continue to contribute to the creation of valuable spaces from a global perspective while remaining closely connected to the local community.
