Since our establishment in 1990, we have been based in Singapore, an international hub of Asia, engaging in the creation of a wide range of spaces, including offices and hotels. Leveraging the experience cultivated through commercial facilities, we deliver diverse designs that align with evolving lifestyles and ways of working.

As a partner supporting business expansion from Singapore to ASEAN countries, we work in cooperation with SEMBA Group's overseas bases, and while respecting the culture and values of each region, we place great importance on creating spaces that meet market characteristics and needs.
